How can I volunteer for any ULES event?
There are Chairperson’s in charge of every ULES event, you can reach out to them and if it’s not possible, the ULES excos are there to assist you.
Is engineering tough?
Everything depends on your mindset. If you believe it is tough that is what you will see it as and vice versa. But in all sincerity Engineering is not beans
How do I become an exco?
To become an exco you must have spent 2 years as a student in the faculty and must meet a minimum CGPA of 3.5.
Is everyone welcomed into the ULES office?
Everyone is welcomed to the ULES office to carry out anything official and ask questions they are not clear about in the faculty. The office hours are (9AM – 5PM).
Do I need to visit my course adviser regularly?
Only when the need arises (for official reasons), which can be regular or irregular lol.
Are there any sport activities?
Yes, there are. ULES creates an environment that allows maximum growth of the Unilag engineer, by organizing sporting activities aimed at improving unity and sportsmanship among ULESites.
Is there a library in Engineering?
Yes, there is an Engineering Library. It is located in the department of Surveying and Geomatics. It is only opened to Engineering students.
Can we meet the excos anytime?
Yes, you can. They are always ready to help you out
